Wood Mouldings - Terms of Sales

Wood Mouldings Ltd has a policy of continuous product development and improvement. We reserve the right to make changes without notice.
Timber is a natural material and we cannot guarantee that colours will not vary between components.
The size and colour of components depicted within this web site are used as a guideline only. All monitors vary in colour temperature. (Actual dimensions of the profiles are listed with each product.)
Orders for less than €250.00 are subject to carriage charges.
While we aim to despatch all stock items within 48 hours and non-stock items within 10 working days, delivery times are an indication in good faith only. (Non stock items include all made to order profiles).
Unless stated to the contrary, any quotations given are open for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, and are thereafter subject to possible revision on receipt of any order.
Orders for special (made to order) mouldings may deviate from the order quantity by up to 15%.
An order for a special (made to order) moulding is deemed not to have been accepted by the company, unless an acknowledgement is issued.
Title of Goods - all goods that are supplied to the customer by the Company, shall remain the property and title of the Company until the customer has paid for the said goods in full. Furthermore, and in the event that the customer has not discharged the sums due to the Company in accordance with the terms here of, the Company reserves the right to attend at the premises of the customer and to recover all goods supplied to the customer to the value of any amount remaining unpaid to the Company.
